Pasang was born into a nomadic family in Solokhumbhu, in the eastern part of Nepal. He became a monk at 10 years old and was a student in a large monastic complex in the South of India from 2004. In 2009 the opportunity arose for him to study traditional Tibetan Astrology and Cosmic Science in northern India. He then moved and graduated after 9 years of study in 2019. During that time he learnt comprehensive and mature prayer texts & rituals. He also met Ven. Pong Re Rinpoche and began to assist him full time, with projects in Nepal, India, New Zealand and Australia to date.
